Raymond Wong is the Vice President, Data Solutions Client Delivery team for Altus Group and has over 30 years or market research experience. He works closely with both internal and external clients to ensure the market information and insight to help achieve their overall real estate strategy. He also regularly presents key market trends to clients, news media and at industry events.
Jason Mercer is TRREB’s Chief Information Officer. He leads TRREB’s market analysis program that provides products and services that help REALTORS® and their clients fully understand trends in the GTA housing market and underlying economic drivers. Jason also oversees the delivery of information and data products to the TRREB membership.
Jason has private and public sector experience in the real estate industry, having previously held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. He possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Science in Planning degree from the University of Toronto.
Jason is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and a Member of Lambda Alpha International, the Land Economics Society.
Maria Grulich serves as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and Global Business for the Florida Association of Realtors, overseeing and developing commercial and global initiatives and programs for Florida.
She advises and supports Realtor® members and association/board staff on global matters and markets at the local, state and federal levels while strengthening relationships and cooperation with international organizations. She manages activities such as international expos, conferences, trade missions, as well as serving as the team liaison to the National Association of Realtors.
Maria is the Florida Realtors Liaison to the Commercial Alliance Committee, Global Business Committee, Global Business Exchange, and Diversity Committee. In February 2025 the Miami Association of Realtors awarded Ms. Grulich the Global Advocate of the Year Award. In November 2022 Ms. Grulich successfully brought home to Florida the NAR Diamond Award for Global Achievement. Florida is the first State in the nation to receive this prestigious award. She is the 2024 AEC Representative to NAR’s Global Alliance Board. Her background includes Economic Development. She worked on the recruitment of many industries teaming with Enterprise Florida and the Governor’s office. Ms. Grulich was also Executive Director for the Florida /NASA Business Incubator. Where she assisted entrepreneurs develop businesses from NASA patents.
Tim Weisheyer, broker-owner, Dream Builders Realty and dbrCommercial Real Estate Services in Central Florida, is the 2025 president of Florida Realtors, the state’s largest professional trade association. He is active in both residential and commercial brokerage, as well as real estate development.
Weisheyer was the president of the Osceola County Association of Realtors® in 2011 and was recently awarded its Lifetime Achievement Award for more than two decades of outstanding commitment to the industry. He has been recognized for his service and leadership on the local, state and national levels, including being inducted into the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Hall of Fame. As a former elected official, Weisheyer is also a recognized leader in education at all levels and served as president of the Florida School Boards Association.
He is the chair for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Board, which oversees operations at Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport. Weisheyer was appointed to the GOAA board in May 2021 by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and has also served as the chairman of the Orlando Executive Airport Advisory Commission.
